This year’s Power 50 list received nearly 2,000 nominations and reflects the breadth and excellence of leadership within the captive sector. We are thrilled to see the Cayman Islands once again represented prominently on this global stage.

#12 – Suzanne Sadlier
Executive Vice President – Captive Management, North America, Artex Risk Solutions
Suzanne’s extensive influence spans both offshore and onshore captive markets. With responsibility for captives across Bermuda, Cayman, Hawaii, Vermont, and South Carolina, she has been a key driver of Artex’s continued growth and innovation. Her foundational experience at the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority and passion for client service mark her as a standout leader in the industry.

#23 – Paul Macey
President, USA Risk Group
Paul has been a pillar of Cayman’s captive industry since joining USA Risk Group in 2005. Under his leadership, the firm has grown to become the fifth largest manager in Cayman. His dedication was further recognised last year with USA Risk being named Captive Management Firm of the Year and Paul receiving Captive Manager in the 2024 Captive International Cayman Awards.

#35 – Jenny Pooley
Managing Director and CEO, Strategic Risk Solutions Cayman
Jenny’s exceptional leadership has propelled SRS Cayman to the top of the industry, now the largest captive manager in the jurisdiction. With over a decade of experience in Cayman, her strategic vision and commitment to results continue to strengthen Cayman’s reputation as a global leader in captive insurance.

#39 – Alanna Trundle
President, Global Captive Management
Alanna’s ascent through the ranks at GCM, culminating in her appointment as President, exemplifies her unwavering commitment and expertise. She has played a vital role in GCM’s management of 63 international insurance companies and is recognised for championing women in leadership and driving innovation in group and SPC captives.
