George Town, Grand Cayman, August 13, 2026 – The Insurance Managers Association of Cayman (IMAC) has announced Chris Norton and Eric O’Neill as the opening and closing keynote speakers for this year’s Cayman Captive Forum, set for December 1-3 at The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman.

Opening the Forum on Wednesday morning will be Chris Norton, a world-class speaker, author and high-performance coach whose extraordinary story of resilience has inspired millions around the world.

At 18 years old, Chris suffered a severe spinal cord injury while playing college football and was given a 3% chance of ever moving below his neck again. Defying those odds, he went on to walk across the stage at his college graduation and later down the aisle at his wedding – moments that reached more than 400 million people worldwide. His journey is featured in the documentary 7 Yards: The Chris Norton Story, and today, he draws on his experience to inspire audiences to navigate adversity, embrace change and find the strength to move forward in the face of difficult circumstances.

Closing the Forum on Thursday morning will be Eric O’Neill, a cybersecurity expert, former FBI counterintelligence operative, attorney and bestselling author whose career spans espionage, national security and cybersecurity.

Eric is best known for his undercover role in the investigation that led to the arrest of Robert Hanssen, one of the most damaging spies in United States history – a story later portrayed in the Hollywood thriller Breach. Today, Eric also draws on his experiences in intelligence and cybersecurity to provide insights into emerging cyber threats, AI-enabled risks and the practical lessons organisations can apply to protect their information and reputations.
