2016-04-27 CIMA is providing a transitional period to May 31 2016 where the old PQ may be submitted to the Authority.


Dear Heads of Private Sector Associations:

Please be advised that the Authority has issued a new version of the Personal Questionnaire, which was published in the Cayman Islands Gazette on April 11, 2016. The Authority uses the Personal  Questionnaire to assess the fitness and propriety of individuals pursuant to the Regulatory Laws.

The new PQ form can be found on the Authority’s website and for ease of reference this link will direct you to the form.
