During the 2018 CCF, Jim Rice of Gallagher spoke at length about governance and leadership and reviewed the many challenges being faced by today’s Board’s of Directors that include risk awareness and strategies for risk mitigation.
At the conclusion of his presentation he invited attendees to share key questions they believe wise boards should be asking if they want to continuously strengthen their risk management practices and cultures for the coming decade.
