Seascape Villa is a luxurious residence located on Seven Mile Beach. It has 6 bedrooms and sleeps up to 14, but works well for less people too, as its priced amply less than the Ritz Carlton equivalent. It's currently available for rent the week of the conference.

It is also an excellent venue for a special event. Butler and catering services are available.
